Why Yasaboy is local-first
Most tools process your files inside the browser. That keeps everyday tasks fast, works with free static hosting, and avoids sending PDFs, images, or notes to a Yasaboy backend.

What “No server upload” means
Local tools use JavaScript, Canvas, Web Crypto, and bundled vendor libraries. Online-only tools (Website to PDF, some downloaders) are labeled clearly. See the Privacy Center for details.

Browser limitations: SSH, ZIP, QR, video
Static browsers cannot open raw SSH. ZIP and QR work locally but have memory limits. Video tools often export WebM in real time — not desktop ffmpeg quality. Remote Server Toolkit generates commands only.

Cloudflare Pages static hosting
Yasaboy deploys as plain HTML/CSS/JS with an empty build step. The service worker precaches the app shell and tool pages for offline use after first load — no Node server required.
